Profile Maintenance: Members must immediately notify DOT FRAGRANCE of any changes to their personal details through official support channels.
First-Time Login: Initial login requires using your ID number, Mobile number or e-mail address. Users will be prompted to create a password to secure their personal information. Access to platform features is blocked without setting up a new password.
Activity Thresholds: Inactive accounts must fulfill specific internal sales criteria to reactivate benefits. Minimum sales criteria are detailed in training manuals and online.

Coupon Mechanics: Digital coupons grant specific South African Rand (ZAR) coupons/discount off retail purchases. Members generate a unique coupon code on the digital platform and present it at a participating retailer's point of sale to deduct the value from their total purchase.
Document Precedence: Each coupon offer is governed by these general rules alongside specific offer terms. If a conflict arises, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Core Disclosures: Every electronic coupon must clearly explicitly state:
- The exact monetary coupon value in South African Rand.
- The precise products against which the coupon may be redeemed.
- The authorized retail locations or geographical regions for valid redemption.
- The precise operational validity period.
- Any specialized spending limits, conditions, or minimum purchase thresholds.
Issuance Limits: The automated issuing system gives users an opportunity to review and correct selection errors prior to confirmation. Management reserves the right to restrict maximum coupon quantities per household to deter unfair manipulation or bulk stocking. Allocation ceases immediately once promotional stock is exhausted.

Residency Restrictions: Coupon participation is strictly limited to South African residents. Adequate proof of residency and age may be requested by staff at any stage.
Usage Caps: Each individual coupon code can be redeemed only once.
Stacking Restrictions: Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other concurrent special promotions, digital vouchers, or secondary discounts unless explicitly authorized by specific offer terms.
Exclusions: Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases. They cannot be exchanged for physical cash or vouchers. Coupons cannot be used to pay for transactional taxes, shipping fees, or logistics handling charges.
Content Restrictions: Members are prohibited from publishing videos or graphic media featuring retail brand logos or store till slips without explicit written approval from DOT FRAGRANCE COUPONS. Non-compliance requires immediate deletion of the media; refusal results can lead to immediate membership suspension.

Redemption Rules: Coupons create a right to a discount on specified products at participating retail partners during standard trading hours. Redemption requires strict compliance with all offer criteria.
Security Validation: Damaged, lost, or stolen coupons will not be re-issued. Validation relies on specific unique identification numbers, access codes, or system barcodes. No transaction can be completed without clear validation of this data.
Inventory Guarantee: Program administrators are not required to honour coupons issued in error or reflecting manifest mistakes. If a valid coupon's target product is completely unavailable at a retail branch, management will source the product from another outlet within 48 hours, preserving the agreed promotional price.

System Variations: Program administrators reserve absolute discretion to modify coupon parameters, alter offer descriptions, or entirely discontinue specific promotional campaigns without prior warning.
Retailer Network Changes: Retailers may be added or removed from the program network at any time. Up-to-date merchant lists are accessible via www.dotcoupons.mobi or through the telephonic call centre. Users bear sole responsibility for verifying active merchant participation.
Third-Party Disclaimers: Management is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by third-party services. It is not liable for structural performance failures or computer system outages across third-party merchant locations that are beyond its reasonable control.
Warranty & Liability Exclusions: While reasonable efforts ensure platform accuracy, all content is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is denied for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential financial losses arising from program participation.
Maximum Liability Cap: If found legally liable under contract, statute, or delict, maximum monetary liability is strictly capped at the exact monetary value of the specific digital coupon under dispute.
Termination Power: Management reserves the right to immediately terminate the membership of any individual who uses the program in a manner inconsistent with these terms or any South African statutory law.

No Waiver: Any failure or delay by management to enforce a specific right or provision outlined in these terms does not constitute a permanent legal waiver of that or any other condition.
Contract Modifications: Amendments to these terms are subject to agreement by Savara Beauty, unless the changes are statutory or legally mandated. Modifications take effect only once recorded in writing and signed by all authorized parties.
